Creative AI Enablement Specialist

Superside is hiring a Creative AI Enablement Specialist to help scale how our creative teams adopt and use AI in real work. You’ll sit within our Learning, Enablement, and Transformation team, partnering closely with our Creative AI Enablement Senior Manager to design, deliver, and support hands-on AI learning experiences for creatives across disciplines.

This role is ideal for someone who understands creative workflows, actively uses AI tools, and enjoys helping others build confidence, speed, and quality through practical enablement.

What You'll Do:
• Support the design and delivery of AI bootcamps and upskilling initiatives for creative teams.Create clear, practical learning materials that translate complex AI concepts into usable workflows.
• Co-lead workshops and coaching sessions, helping creatives apply AI tools in day-to-day production.
• Provide hands-on support during training sessions, troubleshooting tools and workflows in real time.
• Adapt quickly to evolving enablement needs, contributing across learning, experimentation, and rollout projects.

What We’re Looking For:
• Extensive experience in creative AI, including knowledge of node structure tools and cutting-edge AI workflows.
• Previous experience with instructional design or coaching, with proven ability to present and facilitate group learning sessions, making complex topics engaging and understandable.
• A flexible and agile mindset, ready to pivot and support different facets of the Learning, Enablement, and Transformation team’s journey.
