Creative Administrator

Join Aristocrat as a Creative Administrator and help us spread happiness through the power of play! We are searching for a motivated individual to support our dynamic Arts team. In this role, you will engage with a world-class team in a vibrant and inclusive culture. What You'll Do

Manage and coordinate creative projects to ensure flawless execution

Collaborate with various teams to determine project requirements and timelines

Produce and edit high-quality content that aligns with our brand standards

Maintain strict adherence to deadlines and project schedules

Assist in the development and implementation of creative strategies

Conduct research to support content creation and strategy development

Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers for special projects

Ensure all creative materials are stored and archived accurately

Offer administrative assistance to the Arts/Editorial team when required

Monitor industry trends to keep our content fresh and competitive

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated background in a creative administrative position

Outstanding organizational abilities and project management expertise

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to successfully implement and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

High attention to detail with a dedication to quality

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

More than 2 years of experience in an administrative or support position within a creative environment

A passion for the arts, editorial work, and content creation
