Job Description

El CPTO liderará la visión y ejecución de producto, tecnología y business intelligence en Osigu, construyendo soluciones escalables e innovadoras para transformar la experiencia de salud digital en la región a nivel global.

Principales responsabilidades

Definir la estrategia de producto y los roadmaps, alineada con las necesidades del negocio y los clientes.

Liderar los equipos de Producto, Tecnología y Business Intelligence, garantizando la entrega de soluciones de alto impacto y escalabilidad.

Definir la estrategia tecnológica y los planes de desarrollo a largo plazo, alineándose con los objetivos de negocio.

Impulsar la innovación y la excelencia técnica en el desarrollo de la plataforma Osigu.

Asegurar la seguridad, calidad y eficiencia de los sistemas, en coordinación con CISO y COO.

Fomentar una cultura de colaboración entre producto, tecnología y operaciones, asegurando alineación con las prioridades de la compañía.

Participar en la toma de decisiones estratégicas junto al CEO y COO, aportando visión de producto y data-driven.

Perfil y requisitos

+10 años de experiencia liderando funciones de producto y/o tecnología en compañías de software, fintech o healthtech.

Experiencia comprobada en escalar productos SaaS o plataformas tecnológicas a nivel regional.

Dominio de metodologías ágiles y de gestión de producto.

Capacidad para transformar insights de BI en decisiones estratégicas y mejoras de producto.

Excelente comunicación y liderazgo, con visión estratégica y mentalidad de innovación.

Inglés avanzado indispensable. Deseado portugués
