The Role
We are looking for a CPFR Specialist to lead collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes with our key retail partners. This role is critical to ensuring high product availability (Instock), optimal inventory levels, and strong execution across the Modern Trade channel.
You will act as the technical and analytical link between Sales, Supply Chain, and our retail partners, translating sell-out data into actionable replenishment and forecasting decisions that protect service levels, margins, and promotional ROI.
Your Mission
Your mission is to align consumer demand (Sell-Out) with Birdman’s supply and production planning, ensuring excellent on-shelf availability while minimizing lost sales, overstocks, and operational inefficiencies.
What You’ll Do
• Lead collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes with key retail partners to ensure optimal product availability.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, instock performance, and fill rate, identifying risks of out-of-stocks or overstocks.
• Analyze sell-out data and retailer portals to identify root causes of availability issues and propose corrective actions.
• Support promotional planning and post-event analysis to maximize service level and promotional ROI.
• Act as the link between Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations, aligning demand with production and replenishment plans.
• Identify operational risks that may impact service, margins, or deductions, working cross-functionally to resolve them.
Requirements:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• APICS or Supply Chain certifications are a plus.
Technical Skills
• Power BI, Power Query, DAX, advanced Excel
• Bonus: SQL, Python, Zapier, VBA
• Familiarity with ERP/Retail systems (SAP, Retail Link, DSPs, SAI)
Experience
• 5–8 years of total experience, with 3–5 years in CPFR, Demand Planning, or operational KAM roles within CPG/FMCG.
• Strong experience working with retail chain portals and Modern Trade operations.
• Ability to translate operational metrics into commercial and financial impact.
