We’re looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Atlanta office and support the day-to-day flow of documents going to and from the courts. This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys organized, hands-on work and wants to build experience in an office or legal-adjacent environment.
This position is primarily paper-based and focused on printing, organizing, tracking, and preparing documents. You’ll work independently most of the day while also coordinating with local process servers and internal team members. No legal experience required — we provide training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review and print documents for court
• Review and process documents returning from courts and servers
• Store and pull warrants to go to court
• Filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork
• Process incoming mail
• Resolve issues with filings
• Perform other job-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a related field (office administration, paralegal) preferred
• Ability to produce high-volume results and meet daily goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with peers
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
• Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office a plus

Starting pay: $17.00-$17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. Our office is located in the Sandy Springs area.
