Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated professional to manage high-volume court hearing coverage while supporting the growth of our legal services. This role combines dispatching, legal operations, outbound calls, and marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and is equally strong in operations and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Hearing Coverage & Dispatching

• Coordinate and assign high-volume daily court hearings.

• Confirm, schedule, and dispatch attorneys to ensure full coverage.

• Monitor pipelines and resolve coverage gaps quickly.

Outbound Calls & Client Engagement

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

• Generate and qualify leads; follow up on marketing-driven opportunities.

• Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth.

Marketing & Business Development

• Assist with marketing campaigns and client outreach strategies.

• Track outreach activity, lead conversion, and engagement results.

• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.

Performance & Operations

• Meet or exceed KPIs across coverage, dispatch efficiency, and sales activity.

• Maintain accurate records in scheduling and CRM systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational and client success.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in high-volume environments

• Experience in outbound calling, sales, or client-facing roles

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency with scheduling, dispatching, or CRM tools

Preferred:

• Legal operations, court coverage, or litigation support experience

• Background in legal services, sales or marketing

Performance Expectations:

• Ensure reliable, accurate hearing coverage

• Consistently meet KPIs for operations and outbound activity

• Contribute to client growth and overall business success

Pay Range: $20.00 to $20.00 an hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, In Person in our Longmont, CO Office.
