We’re looking for a Course Creator who combines creativity with instructional design expertise, someone passionate about transforming content into engaging learning experiences that truly resonate with end users.

What you’ll be doing

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content using Easygenerator.

• Convert existing customer learning materials into interactive, user-friendly courses.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and define target audiences.

• Set clear instructional goals and ensure content aligns with learning objectives.

• Apply instructional design theories, methodologies, and best practices.

• Analyze trends in learning technologies and continuously improve course quality.

• Write, edit, and paraphrase instructional content to enhance clarity and engagement.

• Design structured lessons and contribute to curriculum planning.

What you’ll bring

• 1+ year of relevant experience in course creation, instructional design, or e-learning.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• Strong listening, organizational, and communication skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
