Job Description
Job Opening: Course Administration Manager (South Jordan, Utah)
Are you someone who thrives on exceeding goals and takes pride in being self-driven and results-oriented? This could be the perfect opportunity for you. We’re looking for an individual who is entrepreneurial, passionate, accountable, and creative — someone who genuinely loves working with people and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience. If you have the talent, professionalism, and drive to represent NIMA at a high level while supporting our students and clients with excellence, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Course Administration Manager (CAM)
The Course Administration Manager (CAM) is responsible for the overall execution and success of assigned CE courses, overseeing logistics, sales support, and customer experience from start to finish.
This role partners closely with internal teams to ensure courses are fully enrolled and that all required models are secured. While supported by team resources, the ultimate accountability for each course’s success lies with the CAM.
The CAM manages all student communication in regards to courses, guiding each individual through a seamless experience from enrollment to course completion. This includes developing a personalized “career map” to support continued education, future course planning, and potential consulting opportunities.
In addition, the CAM is responsible for local marketing and outreach efforts, building relationships within the community to drive awareness and enrollment. They also support broader course coordination initiatives as directed by the Sales Director.
During course days, the CAM oversees the on-site experience, including check-in, check-out, and charting processes, ensuring smooth operations and a high-quality student experience. Please note that most courses take place on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays), and availability during these times is essential.
Requirements for Success: Course Administration Manager (CAM)
Success in this role starts with personality and presence. You should be outgoing, approachable, and confident, with strong communication skills. A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine love for working with people are essential.
This position requires a high level of drive and self-motivation. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to push beyond goals and take ownership of your performance.
You must also value accountability. Our environment is goal-driven, and you should feel comfortable operating in a space where meeting and exceeding monthly targets is the standard — and something you thrive on.
A true passion for the aesthetics industry is key. You should believe in the impact this field has on both clients and students and be excited to be part of that experience.
Strong attention to detail is critical. You should be organized, structured, and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts while ensuring accuracy. Being tech-savvy and comfortable with systems is important for success.
Minimum of 2-3 weekends per month.
Lastly, flexibility and adaptability are essential. NIMA is a growing and evolving company, and we need team members who embrace change, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and are willing to do what it takes to meet goals and support the team.
Preferred (Not Required):
While not required, the following experience can be helpful for success in this role:
Background in esthetics or the aesthetics industry
Experience in sales and/or operations
We value transferable skills and the right mindset just as much as experience — if you’re driven, coachable, and passionate, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation:
Compensation is DOE (depending on experience) and includes a commission structure based on overall course sales performance.
We offer a competitive benefits package, including:
Health benefits for full-time employees (30+ hours)
401(k) with company match after 1 year
Free and discounted products and services (yes — including FREE Botox!)
This is a full-time position, and during active course weekends, availability is required on Fridays, Saturdays
