We operate one of the most advanced electric vehicle fleets on the market – from premium Tesla cars, through large-scale delivery fleets for partners like Glovo, to modern taxi operations developed with Bolt under our BETER brand.
Our proprietary Eternis App supports drivers and couriers end-to-end: onboarding, real-time operations, performance tracking, and full transparency of earnings.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a zero-to-one mission.
Country Manager Czech Republic is the founder of the Czech market within Eternis.
You start with:
• no office,
• no team,
• no drivers,
• no fleet,
• no local brand recognition.
You build everything from scratch and validate the “CEE Blueprint” in a new country.
What this role really is
You will:
• Be the first driver recruiter.
• Be the first customer support agent.
• Negotiate first fleet contracts.
• Look for a 10 m² office before dreaming about a 200-person HQ.
• Personally solve the first 50 operational problems.
• Make dozens of decisions weekly with incomplete data.
You must be comfortable with:
• Ambiguity.
• Fast decisions.
• Manual work before automation.
• Wearing multiple hats.
• High ownership and pressure.
This is a builder role, not a corporate country director position.
What you will be accountable for
• Full ownership of Czech market launch: market, legal and competitive analysis, launch roadmap, regulatory compliance, local entity setup and relationships with key platform partners (e.g., Bolt). Ensure operational readiness, licensing and insurance coverage from day one.
• Driver & Courier Acquisition:Lead first wave of driver and courier recruitment, adapt digital onboarding to Czech realities, build a strong local driver community and early-stage NPS measurement. Ensure high conversion rates and strong first impression for all new drivers.
• Build fleet and local supplier ecosystem, optimize total cost of ownership and fleet utilization, while securing scalable operations and readiness for growth.
• Implement Group operational standards (“Branch Bible”) adapted to Czech market, establish KPI-driven management from day one, eliminate manual non-scalable processes, and build reporting discipline aligned with Group standards.
• Full P&L responsibility: budgeting, forecasting, cost control and path to profitable growth. Ensure capital efficiency and sustainable operations.
• Hire and develop the first local operational team, define roles and accountability, and build a performance culture based on data and ownership.

However, this is not a copy-paste job. Our technology, digital onboarding, and processes were built for other markets. Your critical mission is to localize, adjust, and adapt our tech stack and operational model to the specific realities, habits, and legal landscape of the Czech Republic. You take our engine, but you have to tune it for the local tracks.
