Get to Know the Role:

You'll be a champion of Grab's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and ensure rigorous, clear, and transparent people decisions. Whether coaching our leaders on how to lead their teams, resolving employee relations issues, or managing programs that develop our Grabbers, you stay exceptionally focused on putting them first.

You will manage the day-to-day People Operations, encompassing hiring, onboarding, employee relations, governance, compensation and benefits, retention, performance management, engagement, and learning & development. This role will report to the Regional Head of People Operations and collaborate closely with the People Experience team for optimal Grabbers’ experiences.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform:

• You will provide advanced support and internal consulting to the country management team on all people-related matters, designing and monitoring people policies and processes.
• You will ensure responsive people services, identify scalable process improvements, and drive people-related projects with relevant stakeholders.
• You will act as an advisor and change agent, facilitating collaborative conversations and driving workforce planning, engagement, and development initiatives.
• You will establish People metrics, identify necessary policy changes, and execute actions to strengthen culture and performance.
• You will oversee the Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery through Talent Acquisition Business Partners.

What Skills You will Need:

• HR Leadership Experience: At least 15 years of experience managing multidisciplinary HR teams, with deep expertise in HR audit, compensation and benefits design, and policy setting/redesign.
• Communication and Analytical Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, especially with senior colleagues. Highly analytical and comfortable working with data to derive insights.
• Stakeholder Management and Multitasking: Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to multitask and complete numerous tasks within deadlines. A proactive and "Can Do" attitude is critical.
