We are looking for our new Country Enablement & Communication Expert. - An enthusiastic, open, and communicative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and approaches tasks with loyalty and responsibility.
Responsibilities:
• Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation
• Drive rollout activities for new processes and systems across countries.
• Organize and facilitate workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment and knowledge transfer.
• Develop and maintain RACI matrices to clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Act as Transformation Project Manager on the business side, ensuring smooth execution and adoption of strategic projects.
Additional tasks:
• Optimization of warehousing operations.
• Contract negotiations and design of logistics agreements.
• Implementation of logistics optimization strategies to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in change management and international rollouts.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and business transformation.
• Proficient in English and Polish.
• Background in logistics processes and supply chain optimization is a plus.
