Join our team as a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate, United States! We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. As a Counter Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our company, assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with precision
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory in the warehouse 
• Drive a forklift to load and unload delivery trucks 
• Use RF Scanners to pick or put away materials in bin locations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
• In-depth product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our product line
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds
