Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive mental health and counseling services to a varied caseload. This includes:
Clinical Service Delivery: Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to children, adults, and families.
Flexible Modalities: Deliver services across multiple settings, including school-based, in-home, in-office, and telehealth (remote) sessions, tailoring the approach to meet client needs and company requirements.
Assessment & Treatment: Conduct thorough initial assessments, develop personalized, measurable treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based interventions to address a wide range of mental health and behavioral challenges.
Collaboration: Coordinate care effectively with parents, guardians, school personnel, and other community providers to ensure holistic support for clients.
Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation in compliance with all ethical, legal, and company standards.

QualificationsRequired:
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or a related field from an accredited university.
Current, unrestricted professional license (e.g., LSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of practice, or be a clinical supervisee with appropriate credentials.
Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience providing counseling services to diverse populations, including experience with children and families.
Proficiency and comfort with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Preferred:
Experience working collaboratively within a school-based setting.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a full caseload effectively.
