Costing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Costing Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product costing, variance analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting aligned with SAP systems.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in costing, preferably within FMCG or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Education: Bachelor of Commerce (English Section); CMA certification is a strong plus.

ERP Proficiency: SAP expertise is mandatory.

Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage costing activities across production lines.

Analyze cost variances and provide actionable insights.

Ensure accurate standard costing and inventory valuation.

Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize cost structures.

Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
