Costing Bookkeeper (Expert Level)
We are looking for an expert-level Cost Bookkeeper to manage complex accounting for a travel industry business. This role requires advanced experience in multi-currency accounting, Stripe reconciliation, and job costing, as well as the ability to clean up historical records. Intermediate-level bookkeepers will not be considered.

And we’re looking for a Costing Bookkeeper (Expert Level) to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Handle transaction entries, reconciliations, and full A/P and A/R management.
2. Manage and reconcile multi-currency accounts.
3. Process and reconcile Stripe transactions, including fees and payouts.
4. Prepare and audit job costing reports for accuracy and profitability.
5. Review and correct historical accounting records.
6. Maintain clean and accurate books in QuickBooks Online.

Qualifications:
• Mandatory experience in the travel industry (highly complex accounting environment).
• Expert-level QuickBooks Online proficiency (required).
• Proven experience with multi-currency accounting and reconciliation.
• Strong working knowledge of Stripe payment processing.
• Demonstrated experience with job costing reports.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas).
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 7 AM to 9 AM PST (2hrs shift only)
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package (with HMO):
• Up to PHP 13,750
