• Prepare and manage cost estimates for fit‑out related CSA works, including minor structural works, raised floors, architectural modifications, façade interfaces, and refurbishment scope.
• Coordinate CSA and ID costs to ensure clear scope boundaries and avoid gaps or overlaps with building base‑build works.
• Support constructability reviews and value engineering for refurbishment and occupied‑building environments.
Tendering & Procurement
• Prepare tender documentation for office fit‑out trade packages, including ID and CSA works.
• Manage tender processes including tender queries, analysis, evaluation reports, and commercial recommendations.
• Advise on procurement strategies suitable for fast‑paced commercial office fit‑out projects.

• Manage post‑contract cost control, including progress valuations, variations, and change orders.
• Assess contractor claims and certify interim payments accurately and timely.
• Support final account settlement and commercial close‑out.
Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
• Prepare regular cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries for clients and project teams.
• Attend design, coordination, and site meetings to provide cost and commercial input.
• Work closely with Interior Designers, Project Managers, Engineers, and Contractors to align design, delivery, and budget objectives.

• Ensure compliance with agreed cost management processes and governance requirements.
• Capture project cost data, lessons learned, and best practices for continuous improvement across office fit‑out projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years’ experience in cost management, with a strong focus on commercial office fit‑out projects.
• Proven experience delivering CAT A, CAT B, refurbishment, and corporate workplace fit‑outs.
• Experience managing ID and CSA scopes within tight programmes and live office environments.
• Strong understanding of office interior trade packages, finishes, joinery, FF&E, and fit‑out CSA works.
• Sound knowledge of cost management principles, procurement, and contract administration.
• Strong stakeholder and client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑track, deadline‑driven office fit‑out environments.
• Commercially astute, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
