As part of our dynamic expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit, for season 2026, experienced Cost Controllers for Resorts to lead our upcoming projects in some of Greece’s most iconic destinations – Paros, Lemnos, Samos, Mykonos, and Crete.

As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling costs across our resort operations. You will be responsible for preparing detailed financial reports, analyzing expenditure, and implementing cost-saving strategies while ensuring high operational standards and guest satisfaction. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar finance role in the hospitality or resort industry.
• Strong understanding of cost control principles and financial analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a resort or hotel setting.
