Overview
Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling expenses across the hotel operations, with a strong emphasis on food and beverage costs.
Requirements:
• Manage and verify all purchasing activity related to food and beverage, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Perform regular inventory checks and reconciliations to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and cost analyses for management review.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to cost control.
• Assist in the development and management of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to promote a culture of efficiency and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis within the hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
