• To supervise and control all cost-related activities, ensuring effective cost management, accurate reporting, and compliance with company policies in order to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
• Supervise daily cost control operations and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Monitor and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and investigate variances.
• Review purchase invoices and verify them against contracts and agreed pricing.
• Supervise periodic and surprise inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on costs, variances, waste, and profitability to management.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Stores, and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal cost control policies and procedures.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actions to reduce waste and improve margins.
• Train, guide, and supervise cost control staff (if applicable).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Cost Control (preferably in Hospitality, Restaurants, or Manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting systems.
