As a Cost Accounting Manager, your role is fundamental to drive financial visibility, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run with efficiency, accuracy, and clarity.

To perform this successfully, you must demonstrate ability to optimize cost policies and practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that the cost accounting team becomes a reliable source of guidance. Through your leadership, financial clarity will drive operational excellence and long-term growth.

Activities related to the position:

Act as a strategic partner for the operations team, providing clear visibility in into operational performance (productivity, yields, costs) to make daily decisions and scenario analysis.

Evaluates profitability and expected outcomes in investment projects to assess (CAPEX), with measurable ROI and efficiency goals.

Analyze fixed, variable, standard, and actual costs to uncover optimization levers.

Build and maintain robust, detailed cost models per product and process; Oversee inventory, physical flows, and stock valuation.

Participate in month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles.

Act as a change agent, building financial discipline and operational alignment while promoting on different departments financial ownership and literacy on cost logic.
