We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Cosmetology Academy Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career paths and cosmetology programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in counselling or psychology, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive student admissions through effective engagement and guidance.

Requirements:
Experience & Qualification

• 1–2 years of experience in counselling or a related field.
• Diploma or Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide career counselling and guidance to students regarding cosmetology programs.
• Explain course details, career opportunities, and industry prospects to prospective students.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and orientation sessions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Support and achieve student admission targets through proactive counselling and follow-ups.
• Offer personalized guidance based on individual interests and career goals.
