Role Overview
The Corporate Travel Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for employees and leadership. This role ensures cost-effective, compliant, and seamless travel experiences while maintaining strong relationships with travel vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate domestic and international corporate travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visa arrangements.
• Manage end-to-end travel bookings in line with company travel policies and budgets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding travel-related queries, changes, and emergencies.
• Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure preferred rates and service levels.
• Monitor travel itineraries to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions efficiently.
• Maintain accurate travel records, reports, and expense documentation.
• Support expense reconciliation and ensure adherence to corporate travel policies.
• Analyze travel data and spend patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Admin teams to support business travel requirements.
Educational qualification:
Any Bachelor or Masters degree preferable in Travel & Tourism? 
Experience :
At least?5 – 8  years of experience in travel and expense?would be good? 
Mandatory/requires Skills :
• Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Coordinator, Travel Executive, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with travel booking systems and corporate travel management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills :
• Experience managing travel for senior leadership or large corporate teams.
• Knowledge of visa processing and international travel regulations.
• Cost optimization and vendor negotiation experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
