Work Mode: 3-4 Days WFO in a week

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Technical Trainer to train and mentor a batch of 15 freshers/interns in Full Stack Development and Cloud/Platform Engineering. The trainer will deliver structured, hands-on training.

What you’ll do

Deliver instructor-led, in-office training sessions on:

• .NET (C#)
• Angular
• React
• SQL
• Azure (Fundamentals & Basics)
• DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
• Cloud & Platform Engineering fundamentals

Provide mentoring, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance feedback.

Collaborate with internal Tech Leads to align training with project expectations.

Ensure interns are project-ready by the end of the training period.

Share weekly progress reports with stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.

Strong expertise in:

• .NET (C#)
• Angular
• React
• SQL
• Azure fundamentals
• DevOps concepts (CI/CD)

Prior experience as a Corporate Trainer (not freelance classroom trainer preferred).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience training freshers or early-career engineers.
