People Architects is excited to recruit a Corporate Talent Manager for an on-site role in Cleveland, Ohio for one of our manufacturing clients.
Summary:
This is a key opportunity for a strategic and relationship-driven talent leader to oversee and enhance the recruiting function for salaried roles across the U.S. As Corporate Talent Manager, you will drive effective hiring strategies, partner with leadership, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic workforce planning with hands-on execution while supporting broader organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for salaried roles across the U.S.
· Partner with leadership to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
· Align hiring initiatives with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
· Maintain visibility into open positions, organizational structures, and hiring forecasts.
· Drive candidate sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
· Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
· Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders.
· Develop and extend competitive employment offers in alignment with company guidelines.
· Manage and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
· Maintain accurate records and reporting within applicant tracking systems.
· Support broader HR initiatives including talent management, employee relations, and change management.
· Handle confidential personal, legal, and compensation-related information with discretion.
Travel:
· Travel to other company facilities as necessary (up to 25%).
Qualifications: (required and preferred):
· Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience required.
· 5–7 years of experience in recruiting or as a Human Resources generalist.
· Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles.
· Experience partnering with leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning.
· Experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations preferred.
· Strong understanding of recruiting systems and processes.
· SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or ability to obtain certification within one year.
· Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
