Core Responsibilities
Lead onboarding programs for new sales hires
Create advanced coaching programs for experienced reps, team leads, and sales managers
Develop training around closing, objection handling, insurance claim sales, product knowledge, financing, and customer psychology
Partner with executive leadership to identify skill gaps and improve performance
Build repeatable sales playbooks, role-play systems, and KPI scorecards
Conduct field ride-alongs, call reviews, and live coaching sessions
Reinforce accountability through measurable performance benchmarks
Train teams across multiple divisions including roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and storm restoration
Support leadership development and succession planning
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, discipline, and winning
Direct partnership with senior leadership
Guide company-wide sales systems
Established brand with strong market reputation
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of sales training, enablement, or leadership development experience
Proven success in in-home sales and/or home improvement
Strong understanding of sales psychology, negotiation, and closing strategy
Experience using scalable training systems from the ground up
Ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect training to results
Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, and sales KPIs
Passion for culture-building and helping people reach elite performance
