Job Description: We’re seeking a full-time Corporate Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses strong leadership skills, analytical and problem solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversees and streamlines the billing and collections processes.

Ensures accurate and efficient billing procedures.

Manages patient insurance verification and claims processing.

Plans and implements quality assurance for all processes.

Monitors compliance with legal and health insurance policies.

Identifies areas for improvement and implements solutions.

Develops, hires, and retains revenue cycle team members.

Provides guidance and evaluates performance of personnel.

Leads initiatives to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.

Collaborates with other departments for seamless operations.

Ensures timely and efficient revenue cycle performance.

Communicates with insurance providers and negotiates payment issues.

Assists with other tasks as requested by the manager.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

In-depth knowledge of medical billing procedures

5-7 years of experience in healthcare finance or related field 

2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred

Preferred experience with Meditech and Cerner 

Schedule Details

Full Time (40 hrs/week)
