Job Description
About Us:
STARK is a defense technology company that is fundamentally changing how autonomous systems are used across different operations. We design, develop, and produce high-performance unmanned systems that are software-driven, scalable in large quantities, and cost-efficient. This gives our forces a decisive advantage in demanding operational environments.
Our focus is on high-performance systems that are ready to use right now—not on vague promises about the future. In a time of growing threats, STARK strengthens the technological edge of NATO allies and their partners to ensure deterrence and help defend Europe today.
Your mission:
You completed an apprenticeship qualification or a bachelor’s degree in a security-related field and are looking for a hands-on entry or the next step in operational corporate security? Do you work carefully, reliable, and want to make a direct impact to maintaining security? Then you’re exactly right for us!
Responsibilities:
• Support in classified information protection: You actively support the daily implementation of the Classified Information Protection Manual (GHB) and assist the Security Officer (SiBe) with administrative and organizational tasks.
• Security clearances: You handle the administrative preparation, coordination, and documentation of security clearance procedures (SÜG) for employees.
• Training & briefings: You organize, conduct, and document security briefings and training sessions for employees.
• Classified material & access management: You support the management of classified materials (VS) and help administer access permissions.
• Audit support: You assist in preparing and following up on internal audits, as well as documenting and handling security-related incidents.
• Documentation & administration: You carefully maintain security-related documentation and databases and support general administrative tasks in corporate security.
Qualifications:
Qualifications: Completed vocational training in a security-related field (e.g. security specialist, office management with a security focus) or a bachelor’s degree (e.g. security management, public administration with a security focus) or a comparable qualification.
Experience: Initial experience in an operational security environment (e.g. corporate security, security service providers, public authorities, or the armed forces) is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome.
Expertise: Basic knowledge of relevant security regulations (e.g. SÜG, VSA) is desirable; knowledge of classified information protection (GHB) and BSI IT baseline protection is a plus.
Security clearance: Willingness to undergo a security clearance (at least level Ü2 according to SÜG) is required.
Languages: Fluent English skills are required.
Personality: High level of reliability, discretion, attention to detail, a structured and careful way of working, and strong team spirit.
