Overall Purpose
As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be permanently based on the reception desk covering the front of house function. You will be responsible for setting up processes and procedures as well as assisting visitors and tenants.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Visitor Management
• Greet and welcome guests professionally as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to appropriate personnel and meeting locations
• Book guests into Bluepoint system and issue temporary access
passes if needed
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area at all times.
Administration
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls on the switchboard
• Manage calendars for large meeting rooms
• Assist Executive Assistants with duties on an ad hoc basis
• Process catering, flowers, and office supplies orders
• Taxi bookings for all Executive members
• Perform various administrative support tasks as needed
• Book couriers and manage incoming and outgoing post
Facility Management
• Check, tidy, and maintain the reception area and meeting rooms
• Ensure meeting rooms are properly prepared and presentable for use
at all times
• Assist with refreshment preparation and service for meetings
Knowledge and Skills:
Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service essential
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
Experience of using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel essential
Exceptional interpersonal skills, flexible to work with a range of styles and personalities and according to business demands.
Excellent punctuality, outgoing and a can do/proactive attitude
Innovative, creative and able to arrange pop ups and events
