• Provide executive-level engagement with HHS leadership and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs)

• Establish and maintain program governance, including performance management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and reporting

• Lead, mentor, and supervise multiple Program Managers and Project Managers supporting individual task orders and HHS components

• Ensure consistent execution of program management best practices across all HHS support efforts

• Oversee contract administration activities including:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing senior government leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience overseeing programs that span multiple HHS OpDivs/StaffDivs

• Familiarity with services similar to those historically provided under SOAR (e.g., program management, administrative support, acquisition support, IT/business operations, scientific or health-related support services)

• PMP or equivalent program management certification

• Experience supporting contract growth, task order proposals, or on-ramp activities

Employment is contingent upon contract award.
