As a Paralegal, you’ll get to:

• Negotiate various commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and vendor agreements

• Manage legal entity formation and governance and become an expert on Paxos’s international corporate structure

• Manage Paxos’ legal operations

• Build organizational systems to make our Legal team more efficient

Your experience should include:

• 2+ years of law firm paralegal experience

• Experience working on corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing legal agreements

• Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment

• Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills

You might also have:

• In house paralegal experience

• Experience working in a hyper-growth, tech-focused company

Pay and benefits

Paxos offers a competitive total compensation and benefits package, including equity and bonuses based on both your individual performance and company performance. Eligibility for bonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within the range depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.

Expected range for the base salary component for candidates located within the United States is:
$94,555—$111,241 USD
