DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Corporate Communications & Content Strategy:
o Design and execute a holistic corporate communications plan, encompassing internal and external stakeholders, to effectively convey company messages, values, and achievements.
o Lead the development of compelling thought leadership content, including in-depth research, white papers, and insightful articles, to establish the company as an industry authority.
o Co-oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across a multi-platform digital presence, including the company website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns
o Develop and manage a robust crisis communication framework to effectively handle potential reputational risks and ensure timely and transparent responses aligned with the company’s crisis management plan.
· Public Relations & Media Relations:
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive media coverage and amplify corporate messages.
o Develop and execute strategic media pitches that highlight company achievements, innovations, and thought leadership.
o Coordinate and manage speaking engagements, podcasts, and webinars for key executives, positioning them as experts in their respective fields.
o Identify and leverage opportunities for strategic partnerships with relevant organizations to expand reach and enhance brand visibility.
· Brand Building & Custodianship:
o Develop and implement comprehensive brand building strategies that reinforce the company's identity, values, and unique selling propositions.
o Act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all internal and external communications, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
o Monitor brand perception and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous brand improvement.
o Oversee the development of compelling case studies that showcase client success stories and the value proposition of our products/services.
· Project Management & Collaboration:
o Lead and manage multiple corporate marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
o Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to the Head of Marketing, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
· Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or corporate marketing roles, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
* With exposure to Asian markets
· Proven track record of successfully designing and executing comprehensive corporate communications and brand building strategies.
· Demonstrated experience in media relations, including securing positive media coverage and managing press inquiries.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience managing multi-platform digital presence.
· Experience in developing and implementing crisis communication plans.
