The role is organized in the Corporate and CEO Office department which consists of a team of advisors and management assistants to the CEO and CM. The department is responsible for supporting the CEO and EVPs in executing management tasks, setting the agenda for management meetings, and for all administrative tasks for Corporate Management and the board of Statkraft.
In your role as a Corporate Management Assistant, you will provide advisory and administrative, management, and organizational support to Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs) in Corporate Management. The role is a unique learning opportunity, where you will work closely with the top management of Europe’s largest energy producers, and participate in management meetings for the EVP you support.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with the EVP and proactively advice on - and coordinate their schedule - prioritise, plan, book and coordinate meetings, appointments, and activities
• Join and represent the EVP in key meetings and projects when needed
• Plan and organize management meetings for the EVPs management team
• Support on the EVPs deliveries to Corporate Management meetings and the Board of Directors
• Ensure EVP is well prepared for any internal and external events
• Organize seminars and meetings
• Be responsible for general administrative tasks for the EVP (invoices, travel booking, and similar)
• Support the EVP as a super user of Office software and other internal Statkraft systems
• Be part of the Corporate Office team and have joint responsibilities for common tasks
• Relevant higher education (preferably a Master’s degree), or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Relevant experience from similar roles and responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organiser, structured and accurate
• Able to take responsibility and work well under pressure
• Ability to understand the power industry and issues discussed in the business and staff areas
• Ability to independently identify needs and deliveries
• Excellent competence in using the full range of Microsoft Office
• Positive, service minded and flexible approach
• Good command of Norwegian and English and excellent written communication
