TEN is launching an exciting new corporate hospitality service designed to unlock additional revenue streams while delivering unforgettable experiences for our clients, prospects, and selected members. As our Corporate Hospitality Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and growing this proposition from the ground up.
You’ll act as a trusted specialist, sourcing best‑in‑class hospitality packages across global markets and delivering a fast, high‑quality service that delights clients and drives positive NPS outcomes. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll identify new opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and convert demand into meaningful revenue.
This is a commercially driven, client‑facing role for someone who lives and breathes corporate hospitality, understands B2B client needs, and thrives in a dynamic, opportunity‑rich environment.
What you’ll be doing
• Delivering a dedicated, specialist corporate hospitality service to existing clients, prospects, members, and external organisations
• Sourcing premium hospitality experiences via trusted suppliers and existing inventory
• Driving new revenue through supplier commissions, partnerships, and bespoke proposals
• Responding swiftly and effectively to enquiries, creating urgency and closing sales
• Working closely with Client Services, Business Development, Membership and Content teams to pitch and promote the service
• Proactively identifying new prospects and market opportunities to increase conversions
• Tracking market trends, new launches, and exclusive offerings to keep our proposition market‑leading
• Proposing and implementing initiatives that improve client satisfaction, NPS, and commercial performance

Requirements:
• Be based centrally with ease of travel to London office for at least 2-days per week
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the corporate hospitality industry
• Strong commercial instinct with a track record of generating revenue
• Excellent account management skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• Broad knowledge of global hospitality trends, brands, suppliers, and partnerships
• A proactive, opportunity‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work at speed while maintaining exceptional service standards
• A collaborative, influential communication style that builds trust across teams
• Ability to travel to Clients around the UK as per operationally required to close deals, engage in client collaborations and promote the Ten brand.
