The Role and Responsibilities
This is a maternity cover role for approximately 12 months.
• Corporate Housekeeping: Assist with director appointments, resignations, POA preparation, entity formation, and dissolution.
• Maintain Records: Update internal books and registers, including the Company Secretarial register.
• Periodic Entity Audits: Ensure all legal documents are filed internally and follow up with departments to locate documents, as necessary.
• Corporate Documentation Inquiries: Respond to inquiries requesting documentation such as Certificates of Incorporation, Powers of Attorney, Structure Charts etc.
• License & Reporting: Monitor license requirements, track renewals, and ensure timely completion of reporting deadlines.
• Legal Document Database: Assist in maintaining the legal documents database/folders for EnerMech and its affiliates.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in Company Secretarial processes.
• Board Support: Prepare minutes, resolutions, and other documents for the Board of Directors of the EnerMech Group of Companies.
• Interactions: Interact with Regional Directors and their PAs, tenders and proposals teams, and finance heads globally.
You Are
• Semi Qualified Company Secretary
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of law and finance
• Familiarity with relevant software and applications
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Consultative abilities
• Legal knowledge
