Who are we?

Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading
digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in
Indonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, we
managed to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

How did it all start?

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
Tunaiku.

About the position:
• Corporate Funding Head will focus on seeking funds in the corporate segment in the selected area. The scope of work is not only seeking funds but also managing a team, managing funds, and maintaining good relationships with customers, both new and existing.

Responsibilities::
• Finding new customer prospects and maintaining existing customers, ensuring that they are informed about the bank's services / product.

• Conducting visits, building relationships, and communicating with customers to increase loyalty and foster mutually beneficial relationships by offering bank products and services that match the customers needs.

• Performing special assignments as required and/or as directed by superiors or the board of Directors.

• Proactively pursuing self development to meet competency requirements relevant to the job.

• Coordinating with functions/circle and other related departments to resolve issues thoroughly without any residual impacts.

• Performing special assignments as required and/or as directed by superiors.

Requirements::
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate and retail funding within the banking industry.

• Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience of managerial position in the corporate and retail fund raising in Banking Industry

• Having proven experience in building customer loyalty.

• Own and able to develop personal network customer

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

• Strong relationships with corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals.

• Ability to develop and implement effective funding strategies.

• Understanding of banking regulations and risk management.

• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
