Position Summary
The Corporate Finance Manager plays a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. Acting as a key partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, the role delivers actionable insights, supports investment decisions, and ensures effective resource allocation. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, the position requires strong analytical capabilities and a proactive, business-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting fundraising, investor communications, and strategic decision-making.
• Support fundraising processes including investor due diligence, data rooms, and coordination with external advisors and investors.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality investor materials (pitch decks, board decks, financial presentations, updates).
• Drive financial analysis for existing and prospective investors, ensuring transparency and consistency in reporting.
• Support due diligence processes from both incoming investors and strategic partners.
• Contribute to capital markets and financing activities, including documentation and stakeholder coordination.
• Translate business performance into clear, investor-ready insights and narratives for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, or similar investor-facing roles.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with experience building models from scratch.
• Experience in fundraising processes, due diligence, or capital raising transactions is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with investor reporting, board materials, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure complex financial and business information.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact with investors, funds, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or VC/PE-backed environments is a strong plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
