In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Experienced Professional to join our Deals & Strategy, Corporate Finance-M&A team in Athens.

As a Corporate Finance - M&A Senior Associate, you will become an integral part of our dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with top-tier M&A professionals who are renowned for their expertise and commitment to excellence. You will have the chance to work on landmark transactions, advise clients on strategic initiatives, drive key decisions that impact businesses and the Greek economy and gain firsthand exposure to a wide range of industries.
As part of our team, you will be exposed to the intricacies of financial analysis, valuation techniques, drafting of marketing materials including pitch books and presentations and the complexities of deal execution and negotiations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact with C-suite executives and build relationships with influential clients, gaining invaluable experience and expanding your professional network. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our clients and the growth of PwC.
What you bring matters
• Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant working experience
• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
• Analytical thinking and strong financial acumen to solve complex problems
• Confident and positive attitude
• Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
• Effective collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Greek
