We are hiring for a global leader in digital entertainment, blockchain, and gamification. Back and build some of the most innovative Web3 projects and ecosystems worldwide, empowering users to truly own their digital assets and experiences.

They are looking for a Corporate Finance / Investment Analyst to join them. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior finance professional who is passionate about emerging technologies, blockchain, and the future of digital ownership.

In this role, you will work closely with senior investment managers and executives to support investment analysis, portfolio tracking, strategic partnerships, and corporate finance operations. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial modeling skills with an eagerness to learn about the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support investment evaluations, portfolio performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.

• Due Diligence Support: Conduct research and financial due diligence on potential investment targets, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.

• Valuation & Benchmarking: Perform company valuations using various methods (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).

• Market & Industry Research: Track trends across Web3, gaming, DeFi, infrastructure, and digital asset sectors to identify new opportunities.

• Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring and reporting the performance of existing portfolio companies.

• Internal Reporting: Prepare investment memos, presentations, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with legal, accounting, and operations teams on investment documentation, funding flows, and post-deal integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, or consulting.

• Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

• Analytical and detail-oriented with solid understanding of valuation methods and financial statements.

• Knowledge or curiosity in Web3 industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
