Role Overview

Infatica is seeking a Corporate Development / Strategic Growth professional to identify and evaluate opportunities to expand the company through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and potential mergers with complementary technology companies.

This part-time role is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys researching emerging companies, evaluating growth potential, and helping shape long-term expansion plans in the web scraping, hosting, data services, and related technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential strategic partners, acquisition targets, and complementary companies that align with Infatica’s growth objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to discover opportunities for expansion
• Evaluate potential partners and companies in terms of technology, market fit, and strategic value
• Develop internal reports, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership
• Support initial outreach and relationship-building with potential partners and companies
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and consolidation opportunities
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to assess synergies

Requirements:
• Experience in corporate strategy, business development, or corporate growth roles
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
• Ability to assess both strategic and operational fit of potential partners or companies
• Comfortable working independently in a part-time capacity
• Experience building presentations and reports for executive-level decision-making
• Strong professional discretion and judgment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with web scraping, hosting, SaaS, or data infrastructure companies
