PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Prepare periodic reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders, following the manager’s guidelines and with a certain level of autonomy.
Support the preparation of the quarterly Group 3-Year Plan, Budget, and Forecast, including the elaboration of the Profit & Loss Statement and Cash Flow.
Assist the team in managing Credit Line Facilities, producing reports agreed with the banks, gathering information, and acting as the point of contact for operational questions from the banks.
Support the team in enhancing files and processes and participate proactively in their implementation.
Participate in project teams where Finance and Controlling Departments’ involvement is required, taking full accountability for assigned tasks.
Support and guide junior team members (e.g., interns, trainees) in carrying out shared tasks.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in similar role.
Background in the shipping industry, service companies, or consultancy firms is highly desirable.

Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling (mandatory).
Proficiency in Power Point and Word.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Familiarity with BI tools and Microsoft Dynamics platforms (AX or 365) is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in business economics.
