About the Role
The Corporate Compliance Manager provides leadership and oversight for program operations related to regulatory compliance, accreditation, risk management, and quality assurance. This role supports assigned Youth Opportunity programs by ensuring adherence to all applicable regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards, contractual obligations, and company policies.
The Corporate Compliance Manager works collaboratively with facility leadership, corporate departments, and external partners to promote continuous quality improvement, operational integrity, and best practices across assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities
Provide managerial and administrative oversight for program operations, regulatory compliance, accreditation, and contract adherence
Ensure compliance with system-wide standards through implementation of risk management systems, fidelity monitoring, and continuous quality improvement processes
Lead quality assurance and performance improvement planning, including data analytics, site-based monitoring, technical assistance, and corrective action planning
Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with facility administrators, department managers, and assigned corporate leadership
Serve as liaison with external professionals and oversight bodies, coordinating licensure, accreditation, monitoring, and review activities
Serve as System Administrator for Kaleida Care, including coordination, verification, data entry, and monitoring of timely and accurate reporting
Conduct ongoing review of policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards to ensure programs remain compliant and current
Collaborate with state, program, and corporate leadership to develop and update monitoring tools, reporting processes, and evaluator practices
Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and leadership while promoting a positive and productive work environment
Engage in continued professional development to strengthen knowledge and skills related to compliance, quality assurance, and youth services
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field required
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of direct residential experience with youth
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong interdisciplinary knowledge of program operations, regulatory requirements, licensing and accreditation standards
Demonstrated experience with evidence-based practices, crisis intervention, and quality assurance systems
Strong verbal, written, planning, and analytical skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making
Certification in First Aid and CPR required or ability to obtain
Physical Demands
Must be in good physical health and emotionally stable
Able to actively engage with youth, participate in physical interventions, and transport youth or staff as needed
Must be free of communicable diseases as defined by the state
Must pass evaluation of physical techniques and certification exams
Additional Requirements
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Frequent travel required
Must maintain a valid state driver’s license
Must meet all state criminal background check requirements
Maintain punctuality, attendance, and professional conduct
Report any incidents or concerns related to youth safety, boundaries, or inappropriate conduct
