Let’s start with the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Corporate Communications Senior Executive to join the Kaizen Gaming Global Corporate Communications team.

Working closely with the HQ team and reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, this role is responsible for shaping and strengthening Kaizen Gaming’s corporate image and corporate responsibility initiatives across external audiences. This role also leads the implementation of internal communications initiatives and supports the positioning of Kaizen Gaming as a local employer, contributing to our talent acquisition objectives.

You will engage with internal stakeholders across Kaizen Gaming to align on business priorities and develop the respective action plans. In parallel, you will build relationships with community partners and external stakeholders to develop meaningful content and amplify Kaizen Gaming’s voice at a local level.

As a Corporate Communications Senior Executive, you will:

• Support the day-to-day activities of the Corporate Communications team by and curating and reviewing content, including press releases, articles, and key messaging materials;

• Coordinate closely with PR agency, monitor media coverage, and maintain up-to-date media contact lists;

• Plan and coordinate 360° external communication campaigns, working collaboratively with the PR agency and internal teams to oversee delivery, quality and impact;

• Organize Kaizen Gaming’s presence at industry events, expos and award submissions while tracking ongoing campaigns and performance metrics;

• Engage regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure communication alignment across teams and markets;

• Adapt global communication initiatives to reflect local market contexts and priorities effectively;

• Develop and implement communication plans to amplify Kaizen Gaming’s football sponsorships, maximizing visibility, relevance, and brand impact;

• Develop and execute an annual communications plan and identify opportunities to showcase the company’s corporate responsibility (CR) initiatives locally;

• Provide communications support for current and future CR initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy;

• Deliver local internal communications programs that effectively cascade strategy from top to bottom and organize engaging events to connect and inspire our people;

• Work on an annual plan and identify opportunities to communicate the company's CR work locally.

• Deliver local internal communications initiatives that ensure top-down strategy dissemination and organize events for our people.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience: 4-5 years in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or a related field. Exposure to multinational or matrix organizations is an advantage.

• Academic Background: A bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field.

• People Management: No direct management experience required, but experience working cross-functionally or coordinating projects is a plus.

• Language Skills: Excellent command of the Spanish and English languages (written and spoken) is required.

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in gaming, entertainment, tech, or another highly regulated industry is a plus but not essential.

• Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, media research and coordination skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
