We are actively recruiting associates to join a Corporate Group in a Minneapolis law office. Our client is an Am Law 100 firm with offices located throughout the U.S., Europe, and China. The ideal candidates would have three to five years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters, with additional experience in securities and capital market transactions being a plus (but not essential). Candidates who are collaborative, with strong communication skills are desired. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills and professional recommendations.
