We are seeking candidates to fill an associate position at a top tier law firm. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in venture fund, general mergers and acquisition and securities practice. Stellar academic credentials and large law firm experience preferred. New Jersey bar admission required. New Jersey/Pennsylvania bar admission preferred.
