Instead of asking you to specialise immediately, we’ll give you a comprehensive introduction to the Client Coverage environment — from sector teams and regional franchises to our African footprint and global network. You’ll gain exposure to how we originate opportunities, understand client needs, and coordinate with product teams across the bank to deliver integrated, end‑to‑end solutions.

You’ll play a meaningful role in helping our clients grow, compete, and succeed across the continent, while learning what it takes to become a trusted advisor within CIB.

Programme duration: 18 months

Post Graduate qualification (Completed or completing in 2026)

• Bachelor of Commerce Honours

Minimum Requirements:

• South African Citizen
• Maximum of two years work experience
• Minimum of 65% average over all years of study
