Why this role is important to us
This role is critical to the success of Core data projects as it ensures the development of high-quality, user-friendly, and scalable UI solutions. A dedicated UI-focused Associate helps translate business and functional requirements into intuitive interfaces, improving overall user experience and adoption. By reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President, the role also enables faster decision-making, better alignment with project goals, and timely delivery of UI components, ultimately contributing to the efficiency, consistency, and visual integrity of SSCD applications.
What you will be responsible for
- Develop and enhance user interface components for SSCD projects using modern UI frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, backend developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and responsive UI designs.
- Ensure UI consistency, performance, accessibility, and code quality across applications through reviews, testing, and adherence to standards.

• Basic understanding and knowledge on Software life cycle(Agile Methodologies)
• Understanding the business requirements and functional specifications. Developing and maintaining the web applications.
• Coordinating with other team members across the regions. Must have capacity to work independently and as a part of team
• Understanding of Data Structure and algorithms. Coding Knowledge on UI technologies (i.e. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ReactJs, MUI) and backend technologies (i.e. Java, Rest API). Good to have the database knowledge and writing Java, Rest API, Pl/SQL. Solid understanding of Git features and commands.
• Strong communication, analytic and problem-solving skill. Must have dedication and commitment towards work
Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree with Computer science background.
