Let’s start with the role

We are looking for a Copywriter to join our growing team. This role requires a strong understanding of promotional mechanics, player psychology, compliance considerations, and performance marketing principles. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams to deliver high-impact content across multiple channels.

What you will do:

Promotional & CRM Copy

Write high-converting email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.

Work with dynamic variables (e.g., first name, bonus amounts, wagering requirements).

Create on-site promotional content (banners, pop-ups, landing pages).

Develop engaging welcome, reload, cashback, VIP, and seasonal campaign copy.

Adapt tone depending on lifecycle stage (acquisition, retention, VIP, reactivation).

Compliance & Accuracy

Ensure all content aligns with responsible gambling standards.

Adapt messaging according to regulated and offshore markets.

Maintain strict accuracy in bonus terms, wagering requirements, and promotional mechanics.

Optimization & Performance

Contribute to A/B testing initiatives.

Continuously refine copy to improve Open Rate, CTR, and Conversion Rate.

AI & Workflow Contribution

Utilize AI tools to scale and enhance content production.

Identify opportunities to improve content workflows and automation processes.

Requirements:

1–3+ years of experience.

Proven experience writing promotional and CRM content.

Native or near-native English proficiency.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with CMS systems.

Knowledge of SEO best practices.

Additional language skills.

Experience in the iGaming industry.
