About the Role

We are looking for a Copywriter who has experience with healthcare and science-driven storytelling. If you enjoy creating compelling, strategic messaging and translating complex medical information into clear, engaging content, this role is for you. At Inizio Evoke, we work at the intersection of creativity and compliance, delivering high-quality, impactful copy that resonates with both healthcare professionals and patients.

What You'll Do

• Write compelling, strategic content for digital, print, social, and video campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with brand goals.

• Master the voice, tone, and messaging of assigned brands, applying them across all deliverables.

• Translate complex scientific data into accessible, engaging narratives, tailored to healthcare professionals and patient audiences.

• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Strategy teams, ensuring messaging and visuals work cohesively to tell a compelling story.

• Ensure all content meets regulatory and compliance standards, learning and applying annotation and referencing best practices.

• Support senior writers and creative leadership, assisting in research, brand messaging development, and concept creation.

• Present and defend creative work, expressing the strategic and creative rationale behind messaging choices.

• Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, refining your craft and adapting to changes in pharma marketing.

Who You Are

• A skilled and strategic writer, with experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.

• A strong communicator, able to adapt messaging for different tones, audiences, and formats.

• Detail-oriented and precise, ensuring all copy is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand objectives.

• A quick learner, eager to master the nuances of pharmaceutical regulations and medical content.

• A proactive and collaborative team player, open to feedback and focused on delivering high-quality work.

• Resilient and adaptable, capable of balancing creativity with compliance in a highly regulated industry.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.

$60,000—$85,000 USD
