We’re hiring a Copywriter with real DTC experience, someone who understands that great copy doesn’t just sound good, it drives conversions.
This role is for a performance-minded writer who has worked on paid ads, tested hooks, and understands what makes creative win. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team focused on high-volume testing, iteration, and revenue-driving creative.
What You’ll Do
• Write high-converting copy for paid ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop scroll-stopping hooks, angles, and concepts
• Collaborate with designers and video editors on creative execution
• Analyze ad performance and iterate based on data
• Write landing pages, product pages, and advertorials
• Continuously test new messaging frameworks and creative ideas
• Study competitors and identify winning patterns

• High-performing ad copy that drives click-through and conversion rates
• Strong contribution to creative testing pipelines
• Clear, data-backed iteration of messaging and angles
• Consistent delivery of new, winning creative concepts
Requirements:
• Proven experience writing for a DTC / eCommerce brand
• Strong understanding of direct response copywriting
• Experience writing paid social ads (Meta and/or TikTok)
• Ability to clearly explain the thinking behind copy decisions
• Familiarity with key performance metrics: CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS
• Fast, iterative mindset — comfortable producing and testing at volume

• Has written copy for brands actively spending on paid ads
• Understands UGC-style ad scripting and performance hooks
• Knows how to balance brand voice with conversion goals
• Highly curious — constantly studying ads, trends, and competitors
• Thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment

• Experience writing video ad scripts (TikTok, Reels)
• Background in advertorials or long-form sales pages
• Familiarity with CRO principles
• Experience working alongside media buyers and understanding scaling dynamics
