Your mission:
dida is one of the leading machine learning agencies, working on assignments and projects in science, industry, and the public sector. Our Team, which mainly consists of machine learning scientists, contributes to new insights and innovations in AI research.

We aim to foster the responsible development and integration of machine learning across all areas of society and see ourselves as a bridge between research and industry applications. Become part of our team and help us discover, guide, and shape ML and AI research projects.

Your Tasks:
• Research and identify innovative and market-relevant research topics in the field of machine learning, as well as acquire new research partners and collaborations.

• Research and identify promising grants (national and international) in the fields of AI and ML.

• Draft project outlines and proposals, including the development of technical approaches, project planning, and market perspectives.

• Collaborate with our ML scientists to understand customer needs and define research areas based on them.

• Support the strategic direction of the company

• Design technical concepts and project proposals for our industry and public sector projects.

Your Profile:
• You are studying in fields such as mathematics, physics, computer science, or economics (or something else related to this area).

• You are highly enthusiastic about artificial intelligence and machine learning and want to drive innovation in this field.

• You have initial practical or theoretical experience in implementing ML algorithms or using ML frameworks.

• You can translate technical and complex concepts into clear and understandable language.

• You work independently, in a structured way, and have strong comprehension and the will to shape ideas.

• You have very good German and English skills (while our company language is english our Partners in this area are mostly public german organizations and institutions and the above mentioned proposals need to be formulated in german).
